There are many ways to help our horses

  • GET INVOLVED: Become a volunteer. If you love horses and don't mind a little hard work, volunteering can be very gratifying and is a great way to meet other like-minded horse people. For more information, go to our Volunteer page and learn how to become a Trusting Spirit volunteer.
  • SPONSOR A HORSE: Sponsoring a horse gives you that personal, one-on-one connection with any one of our rescued horses. There are two ways to sponsor a horse: 1) Choose the horse you'd like to sponsor and make a monthly donation that will go directly to help cover the cost of hay, farrier service and veterinary care for your chosen horse. The donation amount is up to you. Trusting Spirit will send you bi-annual updates on how your horse is doing including if your horse finds a new forever home.
    2) Become an onsite sponsor. Onsite sponsors make regular visits to their chosen horse to spend time with them, clean their paddock areas, feed them, brush and care for them and with the participation of a board member, may take them out for walks or exercise in the arenas. To sponsor a horse, please select this link and complete     the Contact Us form. In the comments box indicate you'd like to sponsor a horse. Make sure you provide a contact number and email address and someone will get back to you within 72 hours.   
  • MAKE A DONATION -
  1. Consider becoming a regular donor through our donation button.
  2. See if your company has an employee community or donation matching program. If Trusting Spirit is on their list of 501(c)3 recipients, you can designate your contributions to Trusting Spirit Horse Rescue and they will match it.
  3. Shop at these famous retailers and Trusting Spirit can receive a donation. As a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, we are eligible to receive merchant donations through Amazon Smile and Fred Meyer when you shop. YOU BUY, THEY DONATE. It's a great deal!
